The number of trees harvested, and consequently the amount of Olive Oil produced, has grown steadily since the founding of the Co Op in 2002. Future plans to plant out new groves, and factoring in the growth of the current grove, predict consideratble increases in the amount of produce.

2008 has seen the acquisition and first use of our own Olive Press. We have also collected our first harvest from the new groves planted in 2004. The Broken Hill City Council has also allowed us to plant out another 5 square kilometres using the city's waste water as irrigation.
